Dale Sharp, CR, President

Dale Sharp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis. He has over twenty-five years of estimating and management experience in both the residential and commercial areas of the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of new construction, renovation, and both historical and insurance restoration. This broad base of experience provides for proficiency in a wide array of projects. A number of organizations and management firms make use of Dale's expertise and certifications in the continuing education of their employees.

Dave Robbins, CR, CMP, Vice-President

Dave Robbins has a widely known reputation for his knowledge and involvement in the construction industry. He provides more than 20 years of experience, specializing in the restoration and renovation of multi-family properties, as well as extensive commercial and industrial insurance restoration expertise. Dave has earned the prestigious designations of Certified Restorer (CR) and Certified Mold Professional (CMP) from the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. He is a native to the Memphis area and attended the University of Memphis, with a concentration in business. Dave's well-rounded experience and skillful communication, along with his superior client relations skills, provide Sharp & Robbins with essential support and strength.

Stuart Shaw, Director of Marketing/Business Development

Stuart Shaw has more than 20 years of experience in both the construction and insurance industry. He is licensed as an insurance agent in TN, KY and NC. He has exhaustive experience working with property owners, managers and insurers throughout the Southeast. Stuart believes that success is built on relationship driven customer service along with honesty and integrity. He further feels that each client and project, regardless of size or value, should always receive our undivided attention. Stuart enjoys spending time with his family, golf, football, Nascar, and volunteering with local non-profit agencies.
Brent Easterwood, CR, Nashville General Manager

Brent Easterwood holds a BA degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has more than six years of experience as a property and casualty claims adjuster. Since 1999 Brent has been involved on the construction side as a project manager and general operations manager. His array of projects history includes all types and sizes of losses up to 30 million dollars in value. Brent's experience in both the insurance and construction industry creates the opportunity for him to serve as a consultant to carriers on various types of claims. Brent's exposure to all sides of the claims industry paired with his organizational skills and detailed file management provide the core strength of the S&R Nashville operations.

Chris Popwell, CR, Estimator/Project Manager

Chris joins the team with more than 10 years of construction and engineering experience. Having graduated from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Chris brings with him the qualities needed to accurately estimate and oversee projects. Having worked in the design end of the industry for a period of time adds to his value as well. Chris "grew up" in his family business of contracting which makes him a great fit for the Sharp & Robbins team.

Randal Henderson, Estimator/Project Manager

Randal joined the Sharp & Robbins team in 2006 after spending many years in the multifamily and medical areas of the construction industry. With over 30 years of knowledge and wisdom of overseeing jobs, what Randal brings to Sharp & Robbins is invaluable. Randal possesses the perfect combination of experience and intuition. Working with Randal on your job is sure to be a smooth process.

Dave Jones, Estimator/Project Manager

Dave Jones joined the S&R team in the Memphis office in March 2011. Dave has 9 years of experience in fire/water restoration/reconstruction and drying skills. His certifications are CTS Successful Subrogation, RRP EPA Lead Renovator Certified, HAAG Certified Residential Roofing Inspector, and IICRC Certifications: Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT). Dave is a very reliable project manager with a very strong work ethic. Dave's organizational skills and professional business qualities are essential in making him a great fit for the S&R team.

Michael Turner, Estimator/Project Manager

Michael has in excess of ten years of construction and restoration experience. Having started in field operations and worked his way through the ranks to become an estimator and project manager, he is quite versed in all aspects of a reconstruction event. Michael has a number of IICRC certifications and is currently working toward attaining the Certified Restorer (CR) designation. He also very proudly served this country in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 until 1996.

Billy Amsden, Superintendent

Billy has been a part of the S&R Team since 1994. The list of projects over which Billy has functioned as a superintendent includes everything from setting magnetic imaging equipment in St. Jude Children's Hospital to managing some of the largest commercial losses in the company portfolio. Billy is detail oriented and cares deeply about the quality of product he leaves behind and how he represents the S &R Team.

Ron Luttman, Superintendent

Ron has been a part of the S&R family since early in 1994. Although he started as a painter/carpenter, he soon became the firm's first full time superintendent. Ron's gift is the ability to successfully manage a number of projects simultaneously. Ron served in the US Navy as an electrician aboard an aircraft carrier for a number of years before working in the construction industry.

Paul Dixon, Superintendent

Paul has been with S&R since early in 2010. Paul has a wealth of large loss experience and has traveled extensively throughout the southeast managing projects in Cat situations. His can-do attitude and gracious personality make him the perfect choice for managing difficult projects.

Julian Fotre, Superintendent

Julian Fotre hired in as a carpenter early in 1994 and over the years he has worked in the capacity of both superintendent and project manager. He's done everything from timber framing to estimating through the years. Julian spent a period of time away running a commercial property management business. His return to S&R in 2010 helps to solidify our site management skills in the Nashville market.

Bob Luttman, Superintendent

Bob began his days of working with the company as a painter in 1995. His gift of communication and his sense of humor together with his eye for detail and demand for quality work allow for Bob to manage about any type of project we incur. Bob's fan base seems to grow on a daily basis.

James McKeehan, Superintendent

James Mckeehan has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years and a part of the S&R Team for over half of that time. James' desire to stay apprised of all of the latest industry trends and techniques for structural drying and EMS work make him a perfect choice as an initial responder for any type of catastrophic loss. His eye for detail and determination for documenting progress on his projects are truly his strengths.
